Function for deleting posts and threads

There should be a forum function where you can delete your posts and threads.

AFAIK, there is no such function of deleting our own post or threads..we can just edit it in 15 minutes

only the moderator and the admin have this special function of deleting our posts or threads..

That function should already be here. I've been to other forums which have way more users and the delete and unlimited edit capability is there.
