The last couple of times I tried to get to BC, I received a page "you are not allowed to access this page," or words to that effect. Also, a friend called me today with the same problem. I was able to work around this by going to BF and entering BC that way ( so far. haven't tried it yet this visit.). If this a bug, a feature, or a new policy? :-)
