"Tested" my left knee today.
Still cannot put pressure on the knee, even with strapping.
So I cannot push off with my left leg, cannot jump, cannot twist and turn etc etc.
Looks like I'll have to be a coach potato for the next couple of weeks!
Lots of TV, drama series, dvds, and surfing the net... and online shopping for new racquets!

The good news: The swelling has gone. I can put pressure on the knee again without feeling pain.
The bad news: I have a camping trip from tomorrow until Friday.

Will join you guys again next week. I'll still take it easy on my knee for the next couple of weeks. If it still feels ok after that, I'll start to punish my legs again.

If you can put pressure on your knee today, please join us at 7-9pm at court 1,2&3 at CCK SH. Today got 2-3 new players, high beginners to low intermediate. If you can't put too much pressure, you could teach them how to improve.
