All those are invited and in the list, pls try to arrive at 7pm, as got 3 courts at 7 and 2 courts at 8pm. Look forward to seeing you guys at 7pm.

In order to inspire everybody to play better and improve our skills faster, I will use below method for the games on Tue, Thur and Sun in future. This is also to make the games more enjoyable. Hope to get full support from everybody.

1. I will group players into 2 groups. One is advance group and one is intermediate group. From next Tue, those new players will be put into intermediate group, unless he is known as advance player.

2. 2 groups of players play games among themselves and change partner each game. Record down scores for each game within one hour. For the advance group, find out 2 players lost most and drop into intermediate group in 2nd hour. For the intermediate group, find out 2 won most and go to advance group in the 2nd hour.

3. In the 2nd hour also need to record down scores. The one who lost most will drop to intermediate in the following session. The one who won most will go into the advance group in following session.

4. This practice will go on in every session. First one hour to get 2 guys drop to intermediate and 2 guys go up to advance group. But this might decrease to 1 guy only, after a few sessions. Let's see how first.

With above practice, I believe everybody will train harder and the games will be more enjoyable and exciting. Players will make less mistakes. I needn’t to worry somebody has no enough games or not. Haha… I am a lazy man, so need to get ideas to manage our team better. Those who don't like my idea or don't follow the new rule, sorry ya.

I don't mean to discourage what you are attempting to do, but I would suggest you don't extend this system beyond a few sessions.

Several years ago, I had a very bruising experience with a similar system (introduced by a well-intentioned senior player). The system resulted in a total collapse of a friendly, well-entrenched group. Many of them still don't speak to each other

If you intend this for a long period, here's what I predict will almost certainly happen:

1. One (or more) of you will be too busy recording names, levels, hours, scores and whatnot
2. Anyone who thinks he is an advanced player will begin to shun those who he thinks are not as good as him. Add reciprocal thinking... and, pretty soon, the blame game will begin in earnest
3. A great deal of bitterness will well up within a few sessions. It will amaze you how quickly people begin to blame each other behind the other's back.
