Then I will just have this on Sunday, as we need to train for friendly match. When can you share your better idea?

Actually my idea is mainly to limit those weak players always want to play with advance players. How to achieve so? Any idea?

The simplest method is to be direct.
Just step in and change the teams.
That ensures balanced games.

As the organiser, you have the right to step in and change anything

Yes. This is what I had to do sometimes. But feel not nice to interrupt. So trying to find a system or rule to do so, not organizer dependant. Haha...

Hi Bobby, look forward to your better idea.

Yesterday we used this method in our Sunday team. The games were never so tough and everybody performed better than before. We didn't see as many unforced errors as before and nobody complained about partners, as we keep chaning partners. I believe the games are more enjoyable as the level of play is closer than before by playing in 2 different groups.

I think some of our players are seriously thinking to reduce weight and improve their energy and stamina. So I will continue to use this method in my games. Those who keep complaining partners will not be invited as I did before. Haha...
