Hi guys, I am currently playing with the following - Babolat B-Ti. Although in general a good all-rounder, I feel that as I develop I would like to invest in a more specific racquet to meet my needs, as follows:
    slice and drop/cross court shots
    Net play
    defensive backhanders
    and when needed power smash
Hope this makes sense, it does in my head. I just feel that with my current racquet just doesn't have it, and certainly doesn't deliver on the smash.
I would like to spend around £100 GBP, would also like to stay with Babolat but would consider Yonex.
i would appreciate some guidance on this, cheers

the babolat sounds perfect for that, why switch?
its seems like the perfect racket to cater to your needs, maybe restring , as the srtings actually affect your slices and other shots more....

Why not stick with the Babolat as your style progresses, then you'll be able to grow in all directions comfortably.

I reccommend the Satelite series by Babolat.
Im using the Satelite Star and its one of the fastest racquets ive used.
Its a relatively defensive racquet but does lack a little power.
Here's my mini review of it: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62501
Alot of the Babolat racquets are under £100, you can find some good priced ones from tennisnuts.com.
    Hope that helps.
