Has anyone ordered a racket from them who lives in the U.S.? Did you have to pay extra fees for customs to release your package and generally how long did it take?

Now I have my own z slash and don't have to bother my friend to try his out and worry constantly while using his racket

custom fees have nothing to do with the shop you purhase from. its at the discretion of the customs. that being said, i've bought maybe 5 or 6 rackets from ebay (genuine) and Hong Kong in the past 2 years and I had never been charged. Grats on the racket.

That's pretty good actually. Most of my HK/Singapore parcels take 10-14 days.

yeah i was just too impatient

It got to the U.S. in 2 days but was stuck in customs all week so I started getting paranoid and reading online about people who had their other random packages stuck in customs for months and some who had to go to their post office and pay duties to have their package released which is why I made that paranoid post up there

It has happened before. I had some parcels stuck in customs from the states before but didn't get charged for it.

I guess I might be the unlucky one. Tracked online and showed it was cleared at customs. Called USPS after 8 business days (two days before Christmas), agent said the parcel was on delivery but did not know exactly where the parcel at. I guess it might due to Christmas for the delay. Then, I called again today (after 15 business days), the agent said it was on delivery and agreed with me that I should have received the parcel by now. Normally, it would take between 10 to 14 business days. The agent advised me to ask the sender (Mr. Chan) to open a case at HKG Post Office to investigate. I already messaged him. Now, I don't know when I will get my items...hopefully, he will be kind enough to resend them instead of me waiting for the investigation result.

Don't worry. You are not the first. This shop is normally very reliable (if nothing goes wrong!!) but you can forget about Mr Chan resending your parcel anytime soon. I also had an unpleasant experience on my last order. All I can say is the owner will protect his business at all cost, even after he admitted that he is at fault. Although I got back my money though paypal dispute after almost 2 months but I just don't agree with the way he do his business. So, I stop buying from this place.

I had bought YY racket and shoes from e78 about 2 years ago and it was a smooth transaction. However, the owner seems don't bother to reply inquiries that he doesnt interested in. I sent him 3 emails about different products but no reply.
