Just in case anyone is wondering, e78 is still great to buy from after these years. Ordered (1st order) last Wednesday, arrived this morning (Tuesday), taking into consideration Monday was a public holiday here in Australia. I did pay for EMS though, but it should just be 1-3 days difference tops. 6% charge still applies.

I have ordered from them. The racket is packed in the box. It was unscathed.

e78 ships rackets in a cardboard box. A colleague and myself ordered a bunch of rackets from them and each time the rackets are very well packed with enough "body" in the box to protect the rackets.
