Dear All, i have gone through the archives but couldnot find out what exactly are the exercises or the drills we need to do as professionals so as to improve our fitness.WE right now are runnig about 4kms daily and then do some situps and sprints and on court we do some shadow practise but thats about it. What more should we do to improve our fitness and endurance during the match. Also do let me know if there is a format in excel available to track our progress. Help would be really appreciated!
