I ran into this person at alt.sports.badminton. He apparently was
very active posting in that news group in 97 and before. He seemed
to have a lot of in depth opinions about various aspect of the game.

I'm just curious if anyone here know or has met him?

Whoo, great! I don't know him at all. Just happened to stumble on
a thread and "met" this guy who plays 5-6 times a week, possibly
also in pretty advanced level. Then I scanned through just about
every posts he had at that news group, looking for more gems.

I was so delighted I tried to invite him to join this group. Unfortunately,
his email address bounces my mail.

Well, good to know that he's here too. What user name does he
    use?

I know there're lots of great coaches in BC, Vancouver. Well, since
H.K., Malaysia, China, etc are kinda far, maybe some day I'd visit
Vancouver just for a month long training or something. :)
