    Hi there,
I bought a Pro's Pro TX-500N about 16 months ago. In my opinion the quality of the machine is quite good. The original cramps are made for tennis. So I have to buy some extra cramps for badminton rackets.
One month ago the stringing motor broke. So I contact the support. The motor was repaired within a week with no costs for me.
But I live in Germany which is not that far away from Austria! ;)
