    Ehh, what 'hero'?

You have to be a little bit more specific about your aims and your level of badminton.

Some people say 'just get better'. Those sort of people go to a short course but only end up taking half the lessons.

If you are more into the group classes, you should enquire at Luxis or Emmy and I think 'Star Sports' in Tsuen Wan, Nan Fung Plaza. another alternative is to check out the HK Sports institute for group lessons schedule.

If you want personal coaching, that's another matter and the cost may be around 300-400HKD per hour.

    Should Try Star Sports

:D Cheung is always so helpful.

Sidesurfer, Star Sports will begin a new group session every Monday starting August 5, 2002 and last till the end of September. The class is not full!!! Hurry. It's only HKD 800.00 for two months.
