About braces

    Should I wear knee braces even if I do not really have any knee problems (only 18). Will wearing the knee brace help slow the process of knee problems? Or should one only wear it if one actually has knee problems?

    I understand where you are going with this....you want prevent problems. :)But the best way to keep healthy knees is to keep them strong, and use the right techniques so that you don't put unusual forces on them.

    The correct prevention procedure would be to consult a trainer, coach, physio or sports med doc to get advice on those two points.
