Yes. Due to the recent CNY seaon, some players went back to Malaysia.

What I meant is that posts by new members are getting blocked by the system because of the hyperlinked map in your list.

By the time the blocked posts are approved, someone else will have added their name. Later, the list appears to be jumbled because it looks as if two or three people have added their names for the same slot!
