I got my new racket yesterday. It's from Yonex. My parents and I were arguing over about where the racket was made. My parents says the racket is made in Japan since it's labeled on the shaft and grip. But the serial code/number says CD (I'm assuming it stands for Canada.) So, basically who's right?:p

    Japan.

The racket, however, was manufactured for distribution in Canada.

Which store did you purchase the racket from? Yes CD, just means that the racket is distributed in Canada from Yonex Canada.

at shaft, if mentioned MIJ, most likely are those mid/high end.
if mentioned DIJ, those are MIT, can notice at the butt cap.

I don't really live in Vancouver. More of lower mainland Fraser Valley.

Ok, that clears things up. Tad's is a Yonex Authorized Dealer.
