Indeed.....if not for the mess, Fran Kurniawan/Shendy Puspa Irawati will be top-seed and by looking at the draw, they should have no problem in reaching the Final and probably win the event

Maybe...just maybe....if Tantowi/Shendy perform well in this tourney, the Pelatnas XD coaches (Ko Aryono and Richard Mainaky) may just let them continue and partner Fran Kurniawan with Liliyana Natsir? Then, Nova Widianto can partner Greysia Polii. We have seen how Greysia can perform with a senior partner.

In that case, we will see 4 INA XD pairs next year:

Nova Widianto/Greysia Polii
Fran Kurniawan/Liliyana Natsir
Tantowi Akhmad/Shendy Puspa Irawati

Why some Vietnam news wrote this tournament will be held from December 7-12

I guess it was typo,
BWF website wrote 2-12 to 7-12, they put only 7-12.

The alternative is the full press 3 days tournament, Irish Challenge which hold main draw started on Friday.
