    for smash..... if not mistaken;
    1. RSL X2 Gold
    2. Yonex At700
    3. Yonex At900P
    4. Yonex At900T
    5. Yonex Arc10

many other rackets(brand) slot in between 4-5.
other members here will help in other models or brand.

Amongst the racquets that I have I would rate the following as hard hitter :

    1) Victor BS08
    2) Victor SW33P
    3) Arc Saber 10
    4) Karakal M80

I have a Ti10 which is supposedly the hardest hitting, however I can't seem to get the hang of it yet, so I didn't put it in the list as I only believe in giving my feedback/opinions based on what I use and experienced.

From a lot of reviews, the Mizuno TC700 should also be top of the list as it supposedly hit harder than the AT700. And not to forget SOTX too.

There is no ultimate racket for smashing!!! Each player smashes differently....you can divide into groups like arm swing smashers or wrist smashers and then again into strong, medium strength, or weak...but one racket that is great for everyone is not made yet...If you want to know for sure get a radar gun and see just how fast your smash is with different rackets...beside that, the best smash is to where they are not and it does not have to be that fast to win the point....good defensive players will wear you out before you beat them...:D

I'd say the AT700 is pretty much perfect if ALL you want to do is smash:D - stiff as a board and balanced like a golf club. If you intend to do other things (such as defend), I would lean more towards an Arc 10 or NS9000X.

There is no such thing as the "ultimate racket".. Every racket is a compromise of weight, balance, stiffness (shaft, frame, lateral etc.). and of course the strings and tension used (which makes even more difference)..

If you just want the racket that in "theory" can hit one smash the hardest, and assumes infinite muscles and muscle speed from the player.. Then it is simple.. just take a training racket (150g +) and string it 40lbs with thin strings...

This will in theory give you the hardest smash...

In reality however players physique limit them in terms of wrist/arm strenght and muscle speed, so a compromise between weight and tension has to be struck to optimize smash speed for a given player..

The ultimate racket, for "the hulk" will not be the same as an ultimate racket for a female pro etc.. and also.. what good is there if you can produce just a couple of 350km/h smashes per game, and then get tired in your muscles.??

The 'ultimate racquet' would be a racquet which would make the user able to beat Lin Dan in singles. :D

    That racquet would have:
    -Automatic precision aiming
    -Automaticly bending/flexing shaft
    -Automatic string-tension variator
    -Automatic vibration dampener
    -Automatic shaft stiffness changer
    -Automatic grip-size expander/compressor
-etc.. The racquet does everything 'perfect' for the user.

The player just needs to be able to get to the shuttle.. then he/she will just put their racquet up, and the racquet will do their job for them.. whatever it is: smash, drop, etc, all making the shuttle hit the white tape of the net and going over.. ;)

That would be an ultimate 'cheating' racquet.

Other than that weird thing I thought of.. the racquets I can think of are:
    -AT700
    -AT900P
    -W7
    -W11
    -Ti10
    -TC700
    -RSL X2 Gold
    -MP100
    -NS9KX
    ..

Yes, that kinda racquet won't exist... Unless I invent it first!~:D:D

But back to the topic, how "ultimate" a racquet can be depends solely on the user. There are too many variables to determine the "power" of the smash.

    Personally:
    1. Arcsaber 10 (The boomer)
    2. AT900P (The big-hammer, head-heavy)
    3. AT900T (The little-hammer, head-less-heavy)
    4. NS8000 (yes, surprisingly for me, still need to get used to extreme swing speed and the extra-stiffness)

That's my set, and the AT900P is from my friend, I only own the AT900T.

Example.... for me myself i am a power smasher among where i play but for some of u guys u may think it is not bad but not good enough .... so i think this is the bad side ...... agree guys ..... cheers

In that case do yourself a favor and wait...there are too many other brands to be stuck with only Yonex with its tiny maximum stringing tension...if you string it where it should be for smashing then the warranty is null and void...:crying:
