ycchen's picks is so conservative even with 3 bullets. Even Jess with one bullet made a gamble. Personally as a teammate i hope ycchen make last minute change though

hi teammate, finally can access internet again.thanks for your advice.. have had a busy and tiring weekend... well, i made this kind of picks because i just couldn't believe ZhuJingJing can beat Jiang in final..Jiang ended up beating ZJJ easily in the final... also the XD, the chinese pair is still way behind the Koreans...that's why i chose to be conservative...

Hmm..Congrats to djake and ycchen for finishing ahead me.I had a very good run in the earlier day but lack of the gut to pick some risky but big paw and this had cause me losing the title here.However,this is my recent best performance after going through some PAW slump.Hopefully i can continue my luck in the next tournament.

ycchen - u remind me of Venus/Serena Williams who selectively take part in tourneys but always have good results.

Jessica - I would have PAW-ed ZJJ on the last pick as well if I was in your position. Too bad it turned otherwise.

just like my sis rwchen, i could not participate in every PAW tournament because i am busy with my work..that's why i could only feature in the PAW of SS and some GP Gold tournaments. really lucky to be on podium again... have had strings of poor PAW tournaments before this... i tend to perform better when all the top shuttlers compete in the tournament...
visited my sis rwchen in melaka in the past weekend... she could have done better in this tournament if she could complete all 28 picks... she missed out the picks in semifinal because she was busy with something else...

In my opinion there are 2 overwhelming favourites (no disrespect to the others)–robin7 and ycchen. It will take some effort to topple them. I certainly have my work cut out.

In early this tournament, I didn't put djake as one of favourite tournament. I thaught he would't comfortable to the player's line up with a lot of lower rank players which potentially huge pointers.

He did well in some big tournament with less upsets results only like Beijing Olympics.
This time he has been changed to be versatile PAWer by got title in full upsets tournaments China Open SS. Not easy to win after tough battle with some big names ycchen in 2nd and Jessica in 3rd.
