If there are no repeats, one solution is to get the players to turn up (punctually) at scheduled timings, like in tournaments.

Yup scheduled timing would be a good idea. But my aim is to acheive an accurate representation of each group strength.
As for Jimmy do let me know how you would like to conduct the matches. My side would like to confirm that a return match is avalible at our home courts. Lastly is ur forcast timing so thatwe can book the courts n inform our players.

21 pts game (1 set, new count sys). All my 5 pairs played against all 'their' 5 pairs (ie. each pair played 5 games).
Took us about 2hrs 40mins (booked 2 courts 3 hrs each) to complete all 25 games.
We can discuss further via pm if your group is keen & date/time is right.
    Cheers
Wah, this idea sounds interesting ler, to play against all pairs. Let's discuss more on this. Our side can book plenty courts, like 4.

Seems this is the best solution to play with 2 courts with 48 players. Haha...

Hi Ben, your organizer tried to book a few times to have return match at your home court. But seems very difficult to get last time. Let's find a suitable date to finish the return match.

No Problem, me helping out in organizing now.
Block off dates for my side would be th19th and 20th of June as is singapore open.
I'm looking at the following dates, 26th of June, 3rd of July, 10th of July and lastly 17th of July.
All 4 are sat and I see if can get the courts at 6pm for warm up so that the game can start at 7pm sharp.
Do let me know which are the dates that your player prefer in order of preference.

To everyone, please don't assume that I'm having a grudge with David. We are good buddies and he always invite me to his games.

Ok brother. Let us find out on which day most of the players can attend. We shall avoid those long weekends.

Games on 6th June at Unity Sec Sch is at 11am, as usual. This is defualt place and time.

If there is any change, I will send email to inform at least 1 week advance. Will put notice in forum too. Example, 20th June will start at 9am due to Singapore LiNing Open. So can still go to watch at indoor stadium after the games.

Just to inform those not in the email list:
On 20th June, game will be at 9-11am due to Singapore LiNing Open. Thus booked courts at 9am at Unity Sec Sec.

Btw, we don't allow strangers to appear on the courts without contacting me in advance. For new players, only advance players are welcome due to the size of team.

    Hope your understanding.

By default, every Sunday game will be at Unity Sec Sch, 11-1pm (or 2pm if you still have energy).

With the correct data below, I will only need to send minimum emails/msg to confirm the attendance and the booking. It's really troublesome to do so every week.

Group 1: Regular (attendance by default): 16(-2) regulars
Jianhui, CheeKeong, CheeYong, Mustafa, Gee, Tatt, Pang, Lee, Sammy, Kent, KaiHee, KokKeong, Ong, Yu
David & Jacky (absence for 2 weeks)
Group 2. None-regular by default, notice for attendance:
Darren, WeiMeng, Hwa, Alex, Ches, Louis, Patrick, Tan, Hogi,

Group 3. Guests or those players can't attend for a long period due to oversea work or training or other reasons:
    Kar Seng, Andy

The group information can be adjusted based on your request.
