I arrived as the same as China's team in Hongkong..at least 10 reporters surrounds XXF and asked her about her recent news of retirement.
Apparently other china team arrived later including LD, YY, ZYW.XZB..

:D:D...I do not think so.....it just happened that Lu Yi and Chen Xu saw me collecting my luggage...they did ask why no INA players in China Open..Told them that PBSI did not have money and they could not believe it....then how they could come to HKG Open...told them they use their own money...they were more surprised...

    Maybe..

...they must've thought, poor Hau-ge, he has to come all the way & meet the rest of the INA players on his own because PBSI can't afford to sponsor him...:p ;)

OT:weather/temp. here has been pretty chilly/on the cool side....i bet you're glad to be out of chilly Austria & be in HK, where it's nice & muggy, eh??..:)

The Chinese players have lots of respect for INA players & for them to hear this, it's must have been quite a shock. What about next year - when the global recession spills over to the Asian countries??? I hope some generous businessmen/companies will step in to help out ... anything that you can do, Huang?

Weather report: It's slowly going to be pretty cool (14-15 degrees) right at the weekend. Right now, it's quite mild with sunshine.

Well, it surprised me too. Never saw PBSI's lack of funding became an issue in the 60s to 90s.

Anyway, as you said, since players are funding themselves, they would probably have better motivation to fight for the title this week.
