    hey matt :p

usually i go for G5 and then add 2 layers of overgrip but then thats pretty much the same as G4 and then 1 overgrip right?

In a way yes. Depending on your comfort preference, you may find the G5 with 2 layers may provide too much cushion feeling compared to the G4 with the 1 layer, so the G4 maybe in you favor.

For clarification, you overlapping the overgrip (using one, to create two layers using the half overlap).

Yup. I'm trying to try the G4 with 1 overgrip and see if thats better.

Am I the only one that need 2 grips for G4 and 1 grip for G3?....

BTW, have you checked your local stores?

That sounds like more like G2 instead lol! 2 grips would bring it up to a G3 and the additional would be G2 for a G5 racket.
