I think we can have more MD and XD since Jim's group does not have any WD.

Maybe 5 x MD and 1 x XD = 6 doubles. Not sure yet. Lets see how the response first.

Ya, just put your name in the list for the friendly match first. Get your partner to form up MD or XD. Then try out the pairing for next few sessions liked what ZhiXiang said to increase the sense of teamwork, ways to play, etc.

Dates are really can be arranged. This is only tentative.

actually, what is the game format? best of 3? best of 5? a player can play more than one game? whole of 5pm-8pm of official matches? or after "official friendly matches", continue with other unofficial friendly matches?

need umpires? can be mentally challenging at times keeping score while under stress...

Not sure what is the arrangement yet. Number of pairs depends on how many pairs our opponent has. If they have 5 x MD and 1 x XD, then we will have the Best 5 Pairs for MD and Best XD Pair for XD.

Each Pair will play 2-3 games, either 2-0 or 3-2, if we extra time after the friendly match, then you can go ahead to play more games against our own members.
