Are you volunteering yourself to untie my shoelaces for me?

add a plaster
easy my friend, I used to do lots of running and worn badminton shoes dat killed my feet.
U can buy a roll of zinc oxide tape, very thick tape, put that on the area of the blister when it has calmed a bit before u play, then play as normal. Its great stuf or even just a fabric plaster if ur stuck, just adds a layer or protection to dat area,
After a while, a week or 2 of playin with no pain, c wot its like witout 1 on. worked wel 4 me

zinc oxide tape?! .. im having problem with blisters as well.. the worst part is when the callous becomes hard and perfect for hard continuous play, it'll start to flake and fall off. then the blister process occurs again.
the option of adding an insole wont work for, i have a custom insole made for me, and thing is, i cant add anything on top or under it. my feet have this condition, where if im standing perfectly flat on the ground, on my big toe touches the ground. you can slide a piece of paper effortlessly under the rest of my toes.
anyone have any.. sock modification ideas for extra padding?

I used to get this problem only underneath the big toe on my right foot (right-handed player). For a long time I used to apply a homemade plaster or just wrap it with microporous tape, until a teammate suggested wearing two pairs of socks. Their suggestion has worked for me ever since.

I would agree with Gollums suggestions. I have suffered from a large blister on my big toe for a long time; it has turned into hardened skin but is still sore. I have purchased some new insoles and some thorlo socks (very very heavyweight padding, these socks are amazing) I can notice the difference immediately. I am also using compeed blister plasters to give extra cushioning and an ideal environment for my toe to heel...Lots of cushioning plus blister plaster = no blisters

Don't worry about it, the more blister you get on your feet and when it heal back many times-----The sole will be ROCK HARD!!!!! And you will never worry about another blister again. What don't kill you, will make you STRONGER--learn to enjoy pain----you be a super badminton player.

let your blister completely recover first... then get a new shoe... get a shoe which is fitting... if your shoes moves when u are playing its too big... and make sure u wear thick and fitting socks. yonex shoes are better because it their sizes varies more... u can choose the size of ur shoe in cm... so u can get a exact fitting shoe easily
