Just wondered if any of you folks have come across the Alexander Technique in relation to Badminton?

I had Alexander lessons years ago, but have been re-applying lateley what I can remember following an onset of some stiffness in my lumbar region. It could, of course, be coincidence, but the symptoms have cleared up almost completely in less than 2 weeks.

If you're seriously interested to know more I'd recommend seeing a qualified teacher of the technique, and would be really interested to know how you get on.
