im kind of stuck on a decision, i've had a look at all these racquet's and i still cant decide on which one to choose. im an aggressive offensive player that doesnt mind the odd drop shot or two. i cant say that im a pro but an advance intermediate? any opinions would be appreciated
We need more info from you to be able to decide what racket you should get. You will be able to be aggressive and play one or two drop shots with any of the mentioned rackets plus more. Pls clarify what type of balance you are use to, if there is any aspect of your game you'd like more assistance from the racket from, what feel you want, singles or doubles etc,
i personally prefer singles. i dont have much power in my shots so someone mentioned that i should get a head heavy racquet. i currently have a nstuff10 but i find it too heavy for my liking.
well since you want it offensive, i could recommend AT700, AT900P but for me. singles i still prefer Arcsaber10 All round racket..
thanks terraglow, i was considering the AT900P just as much as the Arcsaber 10. i suppose i just need to go try them out then
hehe You have alot of options infront of you... You might want to try a AT500 however. It is head heavy but medium flex. You may find the AT700/AT900P too stiff and unforgiving. The ARC10 is prolly not going to solve your power issues... technically accomplished players are able to draw alot of power from it but if you're not fully up for it it's not the best... From the three rackets you mentioned in the heading, i'd imagine the AT900T is the most forgiving. It's still head heavy and great for smashes.... Honestly try the AT500. it's still a higher end yonex that's made in Japan.
Chiem, dont limit yourself either.if there are other rackets than yonex, look for them. your preferences are all over the place, so i assume you just want a top end racket. if you lack power, go increase, because a racket will only give a small boost, and an AT will probably hinder you more than it helps.
thanks guys, grumpy_999 i never considered a AT500. i know that you can only get the most out of your racquet if you work on your technique, just thought it was time for a change.
I can smash pretty well with a NS8000 even though it's head-light. My friend can smash very well with a MP22. My cousin can smash extremely well with a Ti-7. It is up to you that whether you can fully utilize your racquet and integrate your playing style and movements with it.
