What is the best combination of strings and tension with MP100 and MP90?

    My Experience

    MP-100 CP: BG-88 Ti (30 X 32) or BG -68 Ti (28 X 30)
    MP-90 JP: BG68 Ti (28 X 30)

I conclude that 28 X 30 lbs is the optimal considering the life expectancy drops dramatically at 30 X 32 lbs of tension.

Jeeze that is a lot of tension - how long does your racket last at that kind of tension Peter?

    Really it's personal preference.
I think the more popular strings are the BG66, BG85 and BG68Ti.
And do not string it at 30lbs like Pete says because certainly 30lbs is too high for alot of us here!
Well that is unless you're able to handle that kind of tension.... And also to take risks because certainly your MP90 or MP100 will break if it clashes heavily with another racket....

MP100 and MP90 is very expensive and if it really breaks because of over tension which it might, then it is a lot of money dump into the sea... unless u have a sponsor who don't mind supplying u racquect all the time... by the way, ants, u know where can find MP90 in Malaysia?

    Thank you!

I came from Klang but working in PJ.

Yeah you can ..but i think it will cost around RM800 to RM900 for that racket. You can try call up that shop. Maybe they can order for you. I think it is one of the best racket (top of the line for Yonex's Rackets) much better than MP100 and others that i've used before. Some of my frens also agreed with me.
