my friend wanted racquet just in yonex. he wanted a racquet in yonex which is 3u g4 or 5 and and vry durable with a recommand tension of 24lbs.any series and pricing also can. he is a vry good player but he always break his racquet.able to sue any racquet. he is a offensive player
Any price range? Sounds good. What about the Armortec 700? If I were him, that's probably what I'd go for. How does he break his rackets; clashing rackets or just awesome power? If he's really powerful, then he'll always break rackets, there's nothing he can do about it but he may as well get a decent racket that will give him the best feeling.
SOTX and Apacs would have better durability than Yonex. If you want yonex and durability go with the CAB sereis.
if u going to Apacs...don't get clone racket...i don't think it will be last long...but AMP , VH for sure can last very long =D
Yonex Cab series are durable as Phandrew said. Don't go for the NS series, they have major durability issues. Armortecs are relatively durable.. I haven't heard of a broken ARC10 yet
You will be hearing a broken Arc10 very soon~ And I'm getting a Cab for practice too because of their known durability. My NS8000 didn't break down completely, just the common clicking noise in the cone. Armortecs are so far very fine in durability, but because I love all my racquets so much, I apply some tape over the frame to decrease the chance of chipping. Also, the frame-tape method works well because last time I clash my AT900T with a dude with NS9000, he swing his racquet very hard but my tape prevented what could be a major chip at 12 o'clock. The tape got scratched off showing the actual frame. But both of our racquets were fine because I took precautions.
The ARC series seem to have problems with the new plastic t-joint, and the paint on the T_joint area seem to start chipping off or cracking randomly. I always tape my frame too, with nitto tape. My MP40 looks like an MP100 now .. Some peoples' NS racquets last forever, but some peoples' break in a matter of months.. depending on how they play.
Well, hear this then. I've already broken two I also gifted one to a player at the 2008 World Juniors. It broke in the very first game
........................................ Nitto Tape is the finishing tape you can buy from MBS. Very easy to apply.
I thought you didn't find the ARC10 special and regretted buying one? I think 3U AT900P, AT500 should be okay
Definitely cab30ms 3u. It's durability and offers decent power (because myself is weak) and amazing control. To be the best, it only cost about 50-60% of other later ISO model's price, especially in US market.
Search the forum since there is so much info on this issue. There are 2 possibilities for this problem. 1. The cone is loose 2. the wood has cracked somewhere on the handle.
I bought the first Arc-10 for myself. I didn't like it and, pretty soon, broke it too I bought the other two as gifts for two young players. One didn't like it at all... and returned it to me for a AT-900T. He was prescient... a week later, the Arc-10 collapsed during a drive. The other player had his gift strung with BG-65 at 26 pounds. At the World Juniors, it broke and lost him a point as well
Arc Saber 10 Hi Oldhand, Wow Broken two? Costly experiment, man.:crying: Record breaker ah When u did a Drive....it also broke? Must be Hercules Drive ah Lee
First one - a bit below the centre of the shaft Second one - 10 o'clock & 2 o'clock Third one - just above the cone cap This has been a very expensive affair
