i never understand MP and powergut 65 rated with same diameter of 0.7mm, MP feels alot thinner.

Is the Ti a coating or the Ti inside the filaments??

The MP66 is about the same thickness as the Powergut66 neon, but both feel slightly thicker than the Powergut66 power. MP66 has a smooth PTF, Powergut66 neon a textured PTF, and Powergut66 power has PTF on the outside.
MP66 Ti was made specifically for the Asian regional distributor but has since been dropped. The MP Ti has Ti additive incorported into the layer that holds the center microfilaments with polymer resins. In a way, it can be called a coating of Ti additives.
There is also a thinner ML of about 0.67mm diameter with 5,000 microfilaments but only produced for the Asian distributor. It plays better than the two existing ML and ML XL.

Sorry to bump this thread, but do Ashaway still make natural gut strings? I know the thread isn't that old but they aren't shown on the Ashaway website.
