    Guys and Girls,
I am thinking about choosing bg80 or bg85. Which one will be better for hard hitter? According to yonex recommandation bg80 will be better for man hard hitter, but a lot of people have good comments on bg85 Any opinion will be great appreciated. thanks again.

    G'day,

You will find that both BG80 and BG85 strings good for hard hitters. If you are after maximum power then BG80 is wee bit stronger. BG85, although slightly less powerful (we are talking absolutely minimal repulsion difference here) it has better feel and control.

BG85 seem to last a bit longer in my experience, although it is a thinner string. I can't explain why that is.

Also, BG80 / BG85 series string works at its best from 23lbs+. At lesser tensions, they perform similar to BG66, which is also a good string but much cheaper.

    Hope this can help.
