Bay Badminton Center and Self-Help for the Elderly have teamed for the first time to host a charity fundraiser. The goal of this fundraiser is to enhanceawarenessof both Self-Help for the Elderly and Bay Badminton Center in the Peninsula community especially among seniors. Self-Help’s mission is to promote the independence, dignity and self-worth of seniors by empowering seniors to help themselves and by providing a comprehensive range of multicultural and multilingual services. Proceeds from this event will benefit theSan Mateo Senior Center location of Self-Help for the Elderly. All matches with the exception of Consolation Matches will be played using the BWF rules of 21x3 rally point scoring system. Consolation Matches will be played using 21x1 rally point scoring system. AWARDS: Prize Money is awarded to the Winner and Runner-Up of A/B/C/D based on the chart. Prize money is subject to change based on the number of players participating.
