Hi does somebody have the string patterns for forza-rackets? I can't find them on google but more and more friends start to play with forza-rackets so I really need them. Grtz Matn
I am not an expert for Forza, but anything special about the racket than the more-to-be-seen Yonex ones?
I don't think Yonex has any 88 hole rackets in the lineup?!?! I asked for stringing pattern of some specific forza models way back (see http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40716 ) , and got zip response.. I don't use the forzas, so I haven't tried to hard to go trough the channesl from my friends sponsored by forza to investigate.. I dont know what models the Original poster of this thread refers to.. /Twobeer
No experience with it, but their website, http://www.forzabadmintonrackets.com/badmintonracketsadvanced.html, shows that they are either following the Yonex normal rackets pattern, or those of AT 900 or NS9000. for experienced stringer, they can figure it out with the frame on hands quickly. therefore, I won't worry about the stringing pattern.
For the older forza rackets, I did string with the yonex pattern. But now I have new rackets with 96 holes and when I got them from the forza-distributer, I saw that the racket originally was stringend with 2 knots instead of 4 knots like yonex. So I thought that there might be an other string pattern. @ twobeer: I have a forza Titanium 550 N-Forze VS and a kevlar n-power that I have to restring. Do you still have that zip-file?
it is the new single pass grommet. minor difference from yy standard and new at800 pattern near the throat. 1 piece (2 knot method is fine from original pattern is fine. i will suggest you to look closely to the direction of grommets to see which hole is for main and which is for cross.
You can convert it to JPG/GIF image and put it in the post. I'll PM you, if you don't know how to do this I can do it if you mail me the pdf. cheers, Twobeer
thanks for sharing this. from the required length, ~11M, this means that you will need two packs of 10-m string for one 96-hole racket, or you have to but enough from the 200-m reel. just wondering what's the advantage of having such a tight string pattern? bigger sweet spot, more head heavy due to extra string up there, more even tension, ...? on their website, they didn't say much about this.
Explaination of my forza-dealer: there are some extra strings in the centre (3 strings more I think) for more control and more power. I have such a racket but I haven't got to restring the racket so I have no idea is the required length is right or bit to much.
I got a new mail with the patterns for rackets with 88-holes. Those were jpg-files so I could do it my own Grtz
@matn1989 Thanks for your post, it is very useful. BTW, appreciate if you can give a review of the racquet under the appropriate sub forum. I am looking at Forza and it looks interesting but there's not alot of reviews on their racquets.
