Hi Guys... i am really a beginner when it comes to badminton. I use to play logn time ago but have since been putting extra weight. So i cant run like lin dan or place like lee chond wei..

but i am committed to be healthy and hopefully u guys can let me play with you all.

As long as you're willing to run and sweat then it's ok

u know some ppl can be really competitive and be really frustrated when they are playing with beginner. Willing to learn, but kinda intimidated with the sifu-sifu here
