3U weight but a head heavy 2U is good too - namely the black Yonex Ti 10, G5 grip with synthetic grip so it stays a G5, 26-28 for my tension works good for executing weak shots/shuttle placing.

I heard that men and women 's tension should be differ.....and I heard before that women usually string at 23lbs ( I don't know about pros),and men probably up to 25+lbs....still, I don't stick to that. I have 2 racquets, 1 was strung at 24lbs,it felt good to me; and another at 26lbs,it's a new racquet,but i found hard to control my power(always out). Of course, every person is different,just try different tensions and choose the one you feel the best.
