Malaysia Open 2009: Day 2 (Round 1) Wednesday January 7

Somehow in this tournament, I am getting more interested in the qualifiers than in the big guns. Watch out for them, namely:

    Mens Singles
    1. Hsuan Yi HSUEH [TPE]
    2. Beng Hong KUAN [MAS]

    Womens Singles
    1. Shih Ying CHEN (1) [TPE]
    2. Mei Hui CHIANG [TPE]

    Mens Doubles
    1. Rupesh KUMAR / Sanave THOMAS (1) [IND]
    2. Hung Ling CHEN / Yu Lang LIN (3) [TPE]

    Womens Doubles
    1. Nurhani ABDUL AZIZ / Sin Zou NG [MAS]
    2. Pei Jing LAI / Shevon Jemie LAI [MAS]

    Mixed Doubles
    1. Sung Hyun KO / Jung Eun HA (1) [KOR]
    2. Thien How HOON / Eei Hui CHIN (4) [MAS]

Let's see how far these qualifiers can go.

Good Luck to All participants (qualifiers or not) !!!

    :):):)

if lim khim wah/wong pei tty vs chan peng soon/goh liu ying, i expect senior pei tty will win in this match. In the front net, maybe goh is also great, but i think pei tty is more thing to do in front the net. In the baseline side, i think lim khim wah smashes is good and great. Lim/Wong have done well in Super Series Masters Final, I hope this pair can advance into top 20. Long time no see MAS XD in top 25 after Koo and Wong have scratch pair.

Another entertaining matches is WS battle between Lydia and Sonia. Lydia is more experience but i m surely Sonia have the potential to challenge her sister.
