Need a good downtown location!
There are already several places to go play with very good courts and competition uptown. Ie. Richmond Hill / Markham examples are as such
And Flying dragons if you are just talking about facilities.
Many players that live downtown have a hard time going all the way up just to play, there is no point in getting membership as it is just too far.
If it is possible to make a better club downtown as the clubs downtown are far too expensive and don't have the best quality courts anyways.
Ie. Boulevard club
Badminton and Racquet club
Just too expensive.
This post is only if the investors are in a Toronto based location, if not than ignore the post, but there has been no details so this is purely on assuming it is in Toronto.

They need a proper club to the west of the city, near Keele/Bathurst. There's already many clubs downtown and North-East near Markham
