    Hey Guys,

For all you that play at MSAC in Melbourne, got some quick questions.

I'm new to badminton and recently been playing at MSAC a bit. I've recently found the cost of court hire starting to hurt my wallet. I know they offer a off peak rate ($14.00) and a concession rate ($13.00). But the staff sometimes dont accept these.

I've been talking to several MSAC staff over the past months and none can give me a clear answer. Maybe some of you guys that use MSAC can help me out....

Is concession rate only for off peak hours?
Are off peak hours only offered to MSAC Club/Members?
Whats the deal with parking? (1st 2hrs are free?)
Do they offer multi passes (similar to 10trip metcards)?
Any cheaper places to play around the Melbourne City area?

    Thanks :)

    MSAC 10 Visit Pass

    .
hamusta ... I posted this info in one of our CCC Badminton threads...

    MSAC News
    (1) From 2009, Jan 1st, there will be an increase to the price of MSAC Social Badminton to $11 (casual only)

    (2)
MSAC is introducing a 10 Visit pass to their Social Badminton casuals, offering at a discounted rate until the end of Jan '09.Their normal price of the card will be $110 but it will be available for $88 until the end of this month.

    (3)
Players will need to purchase an MSAC Club Card (if you don't currently have one) and then will be able to add more visits as you need them. Some of the benefits of their MSAC Club Card are:
    • 4 hours free parking
    • A rewards booklet
    • Place credit on the card and use throughout the centre.
    • Special line at Customer Service for faster service.
    Cheers... chris-ccc
