Good job BBC, this seems to be the greatest tournament in U.S.A apart from US Open which is a BWF Sanctioned Tournament. Its a great effort by a private club....................Best of Luck
Have any national/international level players confirmed they will be playing? Last year was a great event with Tony Gunawan, Halim Haryanto, Howard Bach, and Bob Malaythong, not to mention quite a few women players as well...

Bay Badminton Center ( BBC ) Monto, Sorry, no confirmations yet. We will post them as soon as we know. Please stay tuned and we will let everyone know. Thanks. Ben
What is the difference between flight C and D? I'm planning to participate but not sure what flight is appropriate for me.
IMO, for big tournaments like this, everyone needs to drop down 1 level because Level A will be occupied all ex-pro's. The best players in your club probably will be B/C. Average players in your club should be D.
Keep on eye.. ..on a possible appearance by Taufik H. Word has it (from the U.S. Open organizer), he might be flying in early to the U.S. and might swing by NorCal, to most likely promote his THL clothing line at the Bay Area Championships, before his participation in the U.S. Open the following week.
