3 Malaysian MS advance to the second round. Par for the course, although Tan CS is a disappointment so far. Good for the other two juniors. The other seniors crashed, some expected against tough opponents (KBH), some letdowns (Sairul) and some don't-really-care (HH).

Both Chong Wei's went through, Lee and Feng.

    Good for MAS fans!!

    Wei NG - Anup SRIDHAR : 21-23 21-17 24-22
OMG, Anup wasted 4 match pts! Sad for PAW-ers!

As expected, Hendra A. Gunawan/Alvent Yulianto took care of their Korean opponents with a straght-set victory: 21-15, 21-19. Their next opponent is a biggie...Choong Tan Fook/Lee Wan Wah. Expect lots of fireworks.

Meanwhile, Bona Septano/Mohd Ahsan take the first set 21-7.
