    Thumbs up Korea Open 2009: Day 6 (Finals) Sunday January 18

    Korea Open 2009: Day 6 (Finals) Sunday January 18

    For Day 6 (Finals Day), in each of the 5 disciplines, we find that players/pairs seeded lower than 4 have all been eliminated. We should now expect all the 5 final matches to be interesting.

    Will Lee Chong Wei win his first SS tournament outside Malaysia since he became World No.1?
    One of Chong Wei's biggest fans at BC, Noridayu, would sure hope so.

    all the best to chong wei tomorrow!
    hope he eats more satay to become more aggresive and fitter in the cold windy korea
    PG might be dangerous to him too because PG does not need to play today after SS withdrawal..maybe he have extra energy
    anyway, i expect this match will be an exciting 1..
    let the match begin!

    Question When was the last time that INA did not have a finalist in an Open tournament?

    Indeed, it is sad.

    I can't even remember when was the last time that INA did not have a finalist in an Open tournament. It must have been many, many years ago? Some BCers might be able to help answer this question.

    INA rely on SDK, MK/HS & NW/LN (or maybe LN/VM).
    MAS just rely on LCW. WPT/CEH &KKK/TBH are still inconsistent. same like SDK..
