how to train court skill with limited time in court?

    hi, how do you actually train your court skill if actually you go for court training or play only 3 or 4 times a week? thanks

    one way would be to watch videos of pro players and try to pick up some tips about shuttle placement, tactics etc ...

    plus, of course, those instructional videos are very helpful with technique, strategy and other aspects of the game.

    I'd love to be able to play 3 or 4 times a week instead of 3 or 4 times in 6 months that I do now!
    When training, its quality that counts, not quantity. try to develop a training plan ie)one session you focus on footwork, one session you focus on doubles front play. With limited time you really need to plan and prepare what you will be working on when you're on court

    wow. wish i could play 3 or 4 times per week, now only once maybe twice if im lucky.
