I have an interesting picture taken from this site

http://www.gigapan.org/viewGigapan.php?id=17217. It was taken by someone with a gigapixel camera. Amazing how you can keep zooming it without compromising its quality. You could even keep zooming in an eventually see Barack Obama's face!

It's actually a stitched image (using 220 images shot with a Canon G10).
That means each of the multiple images is 15 megapixels (or fewer) :)

PS: The direct math says each image is only 7 megapixels.

    It's a robotic camera at 1,474 megapixel

This is a photo from the 2009 US Inauguration, in which you can see the face of each individual in the crowd !

Just double click and re click on any position to zoom to any section of the crowd... wait a few seconds... and the focus adjusts.

The picture was taken with a robotic camera at 1,474 megapixel. (295 times the standard 5 megapixel camera)

Makes you wonder who's watching us right now !:crying::crying:
