In fact the respond is even better than then NS9000s. Im not surprised that NS9900 is in great demand.

NS9900 is awesome.... But I somehow feel that it is a bit less stiff than NS8000....

Starting to get used to my ns9900. Have played about 9 hours with it. Very fast with recoveries, sometimes too fast, great with clearing to the back. Have to relax a bit. Smashing is great when focused. Broke the BG80 string on it already, mis-hitting near the top. The ideal tension, for me anyway, is about 27#s. 30#s is brutal on the elbow.

I find that sometimes when I mishit (birdie hitting the side of the sweetspot instead of on the sweetspot), sometimes the racquet sort of swivels quite a bit. I string at 27 lbs. Anyone else got the same feeling when using ns9900?

I find at900p a bit more forgiving in that department. Is it because the ns9900 is much stiffer so it doesn't bend that much?

Would you say then that the 9900 is similar in terms of stiffness and smash power as the AT 700

Pretty close, except the 9900 is much lighter so it's better for defense as well. I was trying out the AT700, then got the NS9900. Have been using the 9900 for the last 2 weeks. Prefer it over the AT700....in both singles and doubles. So now I've a week old AT700, Canadian coded, if anybody wants it for $200.00CAD, strung 28#s with BG80.

Sadly, yes. I was playing mixed and my partner apparently didn't know how to play. -___-" It's okay though, she bought me a new one. Just like that! I was so surprised!

Did u clashed before this? Or did she clash REALLY REALLY hard. I thought the fullerene material should be very tough

Fullerene or not... racket is a fragile item It also depend on luck and the quality of made. If its good quality..it can last longer and withstand many clashes.. if not... then you will know the consequences. But i guess... we must treat all our rackets like baby. At least thats what i do with all my rackets and other items. Always keep them in good and tip top condition.

I had the racket for approximately 2 weeks. Possibly a couple mishits but the crack was at 3 o'clock. I think it was just the way we clashed. Her AT700 (old) didn't even get scratched! Geez.

I'm not that great a player so take my comments lightly, but I found my NS9900 to feel alot like my Arc10 when playing. I weighed my Arc10, AT900P, NS500, and NS9900 and the 9900 is the heaviest out of all 4 when it comes to overall weight, that surprised me I figured it would be the lightest.

I've had the swivels too when I mishit the shuttle. My tension is 25lbs. Oh, and I didn't hit the frame, just off the sweet spot.

That's unlikely...AT900P is damn heavy racquet man.

But the heaviness for me is also during the swing.
The racquet itself perhaps not that much heavier, but due to the shape of the head, it doesn't slice the air as fast as ns9900.

Well...at least now i know it's not only me. Hmm....issit the grip the racquet or issit me? I think mostly it would be me...

Actually, my NS8000 does the swivels too, just not as significant as NS9900. Probably just the angle of the swing force. I find the NS9900 allows you to concentrate your power more easily. Like if you hit the sweet spot exactly, the shuttle produces a very nice flight path, but if you don't, the shuttle will go off where you aim.
