After a month of playing on my AT900P the strings broke today during practice and I had to use the backup Arc10. I kinda like BG-66 at 26 lbs but I want something that makes a really loud sound when I hit the birdie at any speed. On yonex website it says BG-85 and BG-68 Ti as high hitting sounds. Anything else?

Don't know why you pick a string because of its sound. BG85 would be your best choice.

If BG66 does not make enough "sound", I really don't know which one can fit your need. Maybe lower the tension, to see whether you can increase the "sound effect"?

Try BG85 or NBG98, both have excellent sound effect.
