i am a intermediate player, i play defensive, i like to be a control freak, i like really light rackets, head light, i guess 20-25 string tension, i prefer thicker grips. u can find these rackets at badminton alley also a small question, are badminton alley's rackets all geniune?
Yes they are genuine, and I recommend you get a 4U racquet since you want a light one and a G3 grip + some a overgrip. Nanospeeds are headlight too
i would relaly like to get a 4U but they are pretty expensive for me (actually.. how much are they?) and thx alot for the nanospeed info! btw what kind of overgrip should i buy? x.x
Um the weights, 3U/4U are the same prices. xD And I got a Yonex Super Grap because of the colour lol, but they don't last that long so meh. =/
can u show me a racket that are 4U? also are alpha all player overgrip good? lol there only 2.50 are rackets from badminton avenue geniune as well? and last question(pretty stupid) how do u apply the over grip?
Oh yeah I have a Carbonex 8000 lol. Umm so far, I only know that Armortecs have 4U according to the yonex site o.o and to apply an over grip u just wrap it around ur grip and tape it at the end which would be near the cone.
Np, but the armortecs are head-heavy so if you like to defend / control I suggest the Armortec 900 Technique.
IMO, the Nanospeed series feels lighter than the AT900T because of its head lightness (the AT900T is slightly head heavy). If the 100 is the only NS in your budget, go for it but if you can, look higher up the range. The Karakal PU supergrip is without a shadow of a doubt my favourite overgrip. A lot of people seem to agree with me (see Dinkalot's overgrip supertest for a comprehensive test of a lot of overgrips). Applying an overgrip is very easy. Just peel the paper off the back so you get the sticky bit and then wrap it round from the bottom up. I believe there is a guide in the PU supergrip package as well.
