    For Practice/Casual/Club Play

    - court shoes
    - racquet
    - gym clothes (usually a badminton related shirt and my volleyball shorts which are shorter than basketball shorts. I find basketball-type shorts are too long for badminton and impede my movement)

    For Tournament Play

    - court shoes
    - racquet
    - backup racquet
    - two or three shirts (usually a nicer shirt such as a Yonex Polo shirt and then a couple in case I get really sweaty. I also find that I play better after changing shirts.)
    - warmups such as a microfleece sweater and track pants to wear in between matches
    - extra socks
    - replacement grips, scissors, black electrical tape, etc.
    - water bottle
    - energy food such as dried fruit and energy bars
    - portable CD player
    - money
    - Ontario Badminton Association membership card
    - shuttles for warmup in case they aren't given
    - empty shuttle tubes to collect slightly used feathers :)

I think that's everything for tournament play. :)

ahahah great idea, I know some people who do that kind of thing, and at my local courts the have a bix with a hole in it under the "officials chair" where you store broken shuttles. At one tournament, I saw a bin in the foyer with I would say 100 or so old shuttles ! They could easily be what I called "feathered" when you adjust the feathers so they last longer.

    No one use wrist band???

I have to use it on my right wrist, to prevent further injury (badly hurt it before), and the tight feeling help my "control", too.

I see. Actually, I am not "using" wrist band, but kinda "living" with my wrist band. When I twisted my wrist badly in elementray school (I was a goalie in soccer team).

For all these years, I have to wear wrist band to keep my wrist warm, especially in winters. Once come to badminton, it will keep my wrist warm, as well as "tighten feeling" for control, so, double usage.
