Has anyone tried to custom paint their racquet's. Sort of like pimping cars in America. Not sure if this can be done with racquet's or even if you would want to do it. Just curios to know if anyone do. If so show us your results.:p
I would imagine the hardest would be painting the head as you would not want to choke up the grommets. I suppose you could still paint designs on the strings itself if you use a suitable paint that will not wreck your strings. Not being artistic myself I would not want to do it myself but like cars I suppose you could find a professional to do it for you.

I have since done a search for similar treats and there seems to be a number already but from reading them I am not sure if anyone has done custom painting on their racquet. I guess if you have please post it here for members to admire you skills or lack off. Please don't be shy.:D

I ws thinking of doing this and have a really BRIGHT offputting coloured racket. Something like LAREY PINK. You would have to remove ALL grommets from the racket to do this though to do a decent job and have a good two layer of clear coat laquer!

I think the opposite would be good - a racket to blend into the background so your opponent can't get any hint at your stroke.

I played against a guy with a dark grey racket & black strings and couldn't see the racket. It's quite offputting.

I have an unstrung MP77 I don't like the look of... I might paint it the same colour as the walls of the hall I play in (some sort of nondescript blue) with light blue strings...

    Stealth indeed:D
