Where to play? (Hong Kong) Central / Sheung Wan Area

It's true. That's why I find it difficult to introduce anybody from this forum to any of the groups. I have to agree that most of the public courts are very difficult to book. HK badminton has really exploded in popularity after the 2000 Olympics. I guess it's partly because of China's success in the game combined with HK's return to China after 1997. This has given a lot of role models for children to look up to.

By the way, I did visit a few stores to see if I could find spot some great, overlooked deals. And, yes, I found quite a few... except that they turned out to be great deals for the store

Incidentally, I did accompany Cheung to a multipurpose gym tucked away at some location I still don't know. That experience was quite the opposite of what I mentioned a while earlier... the players were tireless, outgoing, eager to battle and, most importantly, game-smart!

And just in case you were too exhausted to walk home, you could borrow one of these - there were quite a few lying around

I play on Hong Kong side on Monday nights at Shueng Wan if that is convenient for you, let me know. You are closed to the Kwung Tong group though.

Western District? I have courts on Monday in Sheung Wan Sports Center 9-11pm. No hard core players, one beginner and medium skills if u are interested PM me.
