    1) practice low serves.
    2) watch training videos.
    3) do fitness exercises.
    4) search the forum!

I do repetative lunges/chasse steps in my basement to improve flexability, strength, and foot speed. I also use a 5lb weight to excercize my wrist/forearm. Indicative of a badminton addict? Oh yes, I have no doubt about that!:)

Can someone elaborate on training with water bottle

    Hello,
The idea posted by Alex to train with the water bottle sounds really interesting, can someone please elaborate on exactly how to train with water bottle?
    ie
    Duration, repetition, movement?

    Thanks

Well it depends on what you have at home. Sometimes i would use my "lonely" wall and rally with it. If you have machines at home like tredmills or weights, might as well use it instead of being a couch potato =P. If its nice out go out for a jog. Youtube or some videos and try to follow the steps. Theres various ways to train at home. Be creative and don't kill youself =P

    Thought you had a 240km/h smash :p:p

Probably just mentally prepare against your opponents, strategize.
