A very simple dropweight? Seems unlike you, Pete. I thought you liked Babolat Sensors and Yonex ES5pros. I've no idea how much it is but I'd imagine the Pro's Pro shuttle express is cheaper (Victor machines don't seem to be amongst the cheapest) and a perfectly acceptable machine. The fact that you can fold it might make it more portable than the Victor too. A review would be very interesting though.
