So, here it is - exactly as scooped two weeks ago by WhangYang As with red for the ArcSaber 10, black is the NS 9900's dominant colour. The other colours are muted - and the spiral pattern is the signature.
No, it's not from Hong Kong. (I believe in having a warranty.) I ordered it a while ago from '10 & 10', Singapore. Picked it up immediately on my return this evening
You may be the 1st in Singapore to have one ! The new yonex racquets are getting more widely available in Hong Kong. I stayed at Tin Hau and there are a few sports shop there as it is near a large sports facility and I saw the NS9900, AT600 and also the low range Nanospeed and AT. I will wait for Bangkok to get their stock, it should be cheaper there. Were you on SQ863 ? We may be on the same flight ! I think I should post pics of my new acquisition also, a Babolat X-feel power.
The Last Bits Here's all the important-sounding text on the racquet: On both sides of the head: Isometric . Slim Head X-Fullerene On both sides of the neck: YY On side 1 of the shaft: Nanospeed 9900 High Modulus Graphite . Fullerene SP On side 2 of the shaft: Serial number On side 3 of the shaft: Nanospeed 9900 Head Light Balance / Made In Japan SP On side 4 of the shaft: Nanoscience On sides 1 & 3 of the cone: YY Yonex On side 2 of the cone: Production Code A holographic sticker (partly over the code) On side 4 of the cone: Another holographic sticker The PBSI logo Tension, weight & grip specs On the butt cap: YY Japan
Yet you string at 31Lbs lol. Anyway, thanks very much for the photos. I'm very excited about the NS9.9K now. I don't actually know why I'm thanking you, everyone who is posting images, reviews, etc of the new Nanospeed is making me want to buy it more
The 9000's head-flap for the 'new' 9900?? Yonex could do better than that! Ah, old wine in a new bottle
Hi Oldhand, just wondering if 10/10 have stocks available or need to order? BTW, can reveal how much you paid for it? Thanks
